I would love to help you, but with that kinda budget will be rough.
1.6M is less than 11K USD
If you want a 2001, let me know, but u might still have to add something to your budget as well.
If you want a 2002 or an 03, you will have to add something even more.
Now we are talking of the base model here, with average mileage and color might be of your choice, but i always stay away from white and red, cos Nigerians seems to be white-shy and red-scared

I know 2.2M is a lot of money, however, that will not be enuf to get a 2006 Toyota Avalon, 2006 Avalon will be around 3.0M Naira, inclusive of buying, shipping and clearing.
If you would like to do the clearing yourself and we just buy and ship, we will charge you 2.65M
We could do a 2005 for 2.65M (inclusive, delivered to a Lagos Address) - meaning, we will buy, ship and clear at that price.

dappseeee, i presently drive an 07 camry which i bought from the US jus about 7months ago. its very clean and well maintained, tinted glass,alloy wheels, chrome plated door panels, 3-5L v6, etc. price @ N2.4m

I'm sorry but 2.5M will not do if you want us to include clearing.  In your previous post you requested 2.5M and said to forget clearing, why now are you asking for clearing included at that price?

So you are basically asking me to secure a 2008 Camry for you for N2M? That is impossible. If your budget is that, I suggest finding some local dealers that will sell you that vehicle for that price. But I hardly think you will find anyone on this site that will bring you a 2008 vehicle from the U.S. (with purchase, shipping, and clearing included) for 2.5M.

That is what I am trying to explain to customer. He asked for budget of N2.5 without clearing then once quoted price of even 2.4 (excluding clearing), he asked for clearing to be included at 2.5M, so I am basically purchasing and sending all for 2.0M since ~N500,000 is for clearing.
