One of the major differences is that the Quran never states that man was made in the image and likeness of God. So Muslims would never understand why Christians can see God in Jesus.
In the Quran, the primary purpose for man was to bow and worship Allah, but the Bible states that God was looking for one to subdue the earth, to dress the garden and keep it for him.
These are the minor but yet subtle differences l can remember.
