Popular Ibadan based socialite Abiodun Lekuti, popularly known as Danku Arawa is dead. The one time party spender Danku died yesterday at Teju Hospital, which is located at Ring Road area of Ibadan, Oyo State where he was rushed to after suffering cardiac arrest.

According to report, the one time London-based big boy Danku was first said to have suffered stroke early last year, but ‘overcame’ it. During the reigning days, Danku was known both home and abroad as a big spender and he's well-known as big boy among Nigerian community in UK.

The late Danku became more famous when legendary Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde went around singing his praises because he spent heavily on him at parties, during his spending days, King Wasiu Ayinde also had an official song for him.

As at the time of writing this report, Nigerians in London have been paying their last respect for the socialite on social media. Sources say, Danku gradually withdrew from social scene when he fell on bad times and it gradually killed him. My God rest is his soul.
