Emperoh: I dont know too much about it, but i know this much: When you pay money to some of the clearing agents in cotonue, there are some days that the officials of Benin Republic will escort the vehilces thru the border. @phemmy just in regards to the lexus. can i get any one cheaper than that also as clean as this one as well, different color, dont mind manual or auto trans but auto preferrably and low milage, dont mind a salvage one as long as its been fixed and good to go ? becuase i have a working towards a realistic budget of 1m naira to land and clear in naija if thats possible. please when i get the funds ready how do we proceed. reason is am in uk but looking to use the ride in naija how wil paymnt be made. thanks. @adexfem how much will it cost to clear the lexus posted on this tread in naija through tincan if its allowed/possible. ? |

axeman85: 1M Naira is a lot of money, but not enough for this ride. IS300 was introduced into the American market in 2000 and not that cheap at all. 1M Naira is only about $$6500 Out of that yu wanna ship and clear. So i am afraid it will not be possible. |

The whole of one million Naira wont even be enough to do the buying and shipping I will keep checking for you though, cos the good ones that i found were in West Coast and shipping from that side is just outrageous and has to be containerized. |

$$8000 was was i quoted you earlier and that was based: No specific color Average mileage When you start to be picky with colors, we might have to talk about difference in prices, cos that eliminate other colors and make the search a little more scarce. Low mileage are usually more expensive than average mileage. |

Am working with a budget of $5300, approximately N800,000. I understand my likely choices are older than ten years since the buget will also cover clearing. From your past analysis, the vehicle itself should cost somewhere around $2500. |

Wouldn't mind that at all because am a bit skeptical about the cotonou deal, the stories aren't so good. Yes, a Nissan, Toyota or Honda will be just good but no van please, and must be something i can't get for 800k in naija, the three weeks wait should amount to something, shouldn't it? |

Been following his (Adexfem) threads, his range for those sort of vehicles is between 220k to 240k. If we remove that from 900k, what specific options do i have? Might be able to raise the extra 100k, but must be for a very good reason. |

I can be able to squeeze a Nissan maxima 2000 Model out of such low budget. I might be able to squeeze out a 2000 Model Honda Accord out I will surely be able to squeeze out a 2000 Model Nissan Altima from that small budget.
