When complete would be one of Africa's biggest estate. It would also house the Covenant University Teaching Hospital(CUTH) the Estate would house 15, 000 houses and is being built on 8,000 hectares of land in the Ado-Odo Ota axis of Ogin state.

NICE WORK. I HEARD OF THIS AND VISITED THE SITE A FEW TIMES LAST YEAR, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN THE PROTOTYPE UNTIL NOW. I must say that the pace at which the ongoing construction work is progressing there is alarming!

In 6 months quite a number of the buildings are expected to be ready. LFC is fast with projects. Even the third university might be ready soon.
