We are a growing F.M.C.G firm aspiring to grow into the major towns in Nigeria.

We operate from Lagos, Nigeria. To enable us achieve this goal we seek smart and young graduates seeking an opportunity to develop their innate selling potential into enviable persuasive skills that will give them a firmer footing in their quest for a rewarding Sales career in the future.

The first phase will comprise states that will be listed later today. This arrangement will be a term contract that will span four months .The first phase will absorb 12 candidates and they will commence on March 1st 2017. They will be engaged on a contractual basis and will be provided the details of the M.O.U online. A monthly contractual fee will be paid where mutually agreed targets have been met.

A total of 120,000.00 will be paid for the period payable at a monthly rate of 30,000.00.(Terms and conditions will naturally apply).

A list of States that will make up phase one will be listed here later today. Further information will also be provided subsequently.

This arrangement will only suit very focused and motivated candidates who are committed to succeed despite apparent obstacles. It will serve the interest of those young people who seek an objective platform devoid of any strings and connections to move ahead. It is an effort that will yield only rewards that is a direct reflection of personal input.

When shortlisted for the project, the candidate will be interviewed on phone and should he be considered suitable for the position in his preferred location, a draft of the contract will be sent to him via email. If he/she agrees to the terms and conditions as stipulated then there is a possibility of of an engagement.

A hard copy of the contract is then sent to him via any of the courier services. On collection of the package, he is expected to sign off on the Contractual Deed/M.O.U. The acknowledgement and our copy is sent back to us and the relationship commences.

A starter pack is then sent to him via email. This contains a step by step guide on how to accomplish set goals and targets. The pack also includes samples of our products which will enable him commence the activity.

Appraisals will be carried out on a weekly and monthly basis. On the attainment of every milestone, the remuneration will be paid directly into his bank account.

At the end of the first phase of the project an assessment will reveal the justification for renewal of the contract.

Where the performance is obviously sterling, then, there arises the need to discuss and effect a more permanent relationship in the form of a regular employment contract. Further details will be provided subsequently.
