He should first pay salary to workers

One of the main reasons govt play and did not send the masses is these, because they bliv they can control them anytime and any day. Imagine governor that is owing the state salaries and the state is civil servant state. They still comes out with joy to celebrate with him, and they are dying of hunger, complaining that governor as not paid. This politicians is taking the masses as there servant, they are not the leaders with think they are. I pity the masses and especially the youths. We don't know our stand in our beloved country.
