Hello guys and ladies

I work as an ICT personnel for a small company(25 staffs) i handle repairs of devices, network facilities, updating of company websites and others.
But my boss have instructed me to come up with an ICT idea to help elevate the company.

I have problem coming up with fresh ideas pls i need your help with different ideas in the IT field something not too expensive as we are a small company to suggest to my Boss.

I read your post but you forgot to explain what kind of business or service does your company do

Secondly your been their ICT Officer your CEO wants you to come up with innovative ideas that will help the company on how to increase their sales and revenue.

You should not wait for your Boss to come with this idea, before you propose better idea's to your Boss ...........................

Whatever field your company is into, goggle far and wide and see what other companies offer. Streamline it, draw out a bespoke package, build a website + powerpoint presentation bulletins. Then submit to your Boss costing all aspects and ratios ...................
