What you are saying is not viable, achievable or tenable was once a reality from 1967 to 1970. It took the combined military strenght of Nigeria, Britain and Russia 3 years to end it.

So if unarmed people are being killed for using their freedom of expression which the constitution gives them, then what is happening is state sponsored murder and nothing more.
