I saw this man while i was on my way out yesterday at around 4:15pm and i immediately got confused.
Is it that his State governement and/or the Nigeria Army did not give him the financial aid and support they made us believe or this man's hobby is begging?

Note: I have known him for long, he stays at the entrance of my street in Onitsha.

Thou if you noticed, he is looking clean now, meaning the soaps nd detergent the Army authority gave to him was judiciously utilized..
