We are an international oil & gas company located in Ikoyi, Lagos.Currently we are looking for 1 (One) HR officer/ Recruiter to join our Human Resources department providing support to both onshore and offshore Oil and Gas projects. Job details as below:

Job Description:
• Participate in recruitment, selection and induction processes ensuring best practice & company policy are applied in order that the required
competence is attracted and retained within the business.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Provide accurate advice to employees and management on general HR policies/procedures and manage the processes around these.
• Basic Admin office work

Job Requirement:
¥ Experience: 3-7years working experience in a similar HR role.
¥ Prior working experience in oil and Gas Company is preferred, but not essential.
¥ Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, flexible benefits and pensions packages.
¥ At least a Professional Qualification /Certification in HR (CIPD associate or member)
¥ Graduate in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential
¥ Proven strong communication and organization skills
