I guess it has to do with stress...kind of gets heightened in the market with all the hustle and bustle...not from a medical point of view though.

Actually sir, it does not start from the market place but rather proceeds to the market place.

A market place in Yoruba parlance is an euphemism for public. So you will hear them saying "o ja si ta' or 'e enter market'.
