‪‬Having a great night is dependent on a number of things ranging from getting a reasonable amount of sleep to the hours spent having a good night’s rest. Insufficient sleep is connected to a list of health issues from depression to cardiovascular diseases. Wanna sleep good every night or can’t fall back asleep easily? Here are 6 secrets to go to sleep easily.

1.Avoid Afternoon Caffeine

Drinking coffee or tea during the day can mess with your sleep even if you drink them hours before bed. Avoid taking them so you can go to sleep easily and enjoy the night.

2. Take a Hot Bath

The rapid cool down of your body temperature after you get out will help you fall asleep quickly. Also, if you wake up to use the loo in the night and can’t fall back asleep, this works too.

3. Bring the Lights Down

An hour before bed, dim the lights and turn on the TV to signal your body that it is time to wine down. The dark room sensation helps to go to sleep faster.

4. Keep Room Cool

Most people fall asleep faster and sleep better in a cool room. Set the temperature of the Air conditioner or thermostat to 65 degrees Farhenheit which is approximately 18 degrees celsius.

5. Wear Socks to Bed

It improves the circulation in your extremities helping you go to sleep more quickly.

6. Relax the Right Way

In bed, try progressive relaxation. For example, curl toes for a count of seven and then relax. Repeat through each muscle group and watch the magic happen.
