I have two observations here:
1. There's nothing sexy about her as mod states; but the mod is probably into ugly girls that even a pack of make-up can't help out.
2. Her name (Miss Chief) is an anagram of MISCHIEF; so this shouldn't come as a surprise since her whole life is structured along mischiefs.

Just my observative opinion, though.
