I saw this place last week Sunday while doing a solo walk around the hotel where I stay at Otunla. Good to know it's still selling. But I ddnt see any work going on inside the vast land. Do you have a specific time pple will start developing their plots.?

There is no specific time, those that have finished paying have been physically allocated, and upon physical allocation they are free to build. If you take a walk further inside the estate, you will see the cornerpiece demarcation of the plots with names written on it for those who have finished paying.

The work in the estate just commencing. In few weeks from now the fencing and the gate house would be complete. While other projects to be carried out by the company would continue.
