How does it work? Am I gonna pay online or they bring it or better still supply to any place of choice ?

The system supports pay on delivery also you choose where the fuel is to be delivered to.

Just search and install "Fuel Point (buyer)" from playstore or Apple Store and register. Then go to buy fuel and select the product (diesel,petrol) etc. Then select your destination state and city. Press search and the list of supliers will be displayed to you.

Selct the supplier you prefer and checkout using pay on delivery

The supplier wil be notified, when he accepts ur order, then your contacts wil be exchanged. When he has delivered, u can then confirm the delivery.
