Is the fone rooted?
if rooted, you re liable of those advert installing virus and u can fix the issue ursef. first thing you do, install purify, select/click bloatware box below the screen, find the name of the apps disrupting ur fone operation and uninstall it with ease. no need to flash ur fone. lastly install antivirus on the fone (Sturbborn trojan and CM security) from play store and scan ur fone to confirm if there's any traces of virus blotware or nt.
