6. Buyer's confirmed the daughter loaded vessel in his custody, if it is a blocked fund instrument then the blocked fund will became cashable before qnq analysis begging’s, but after qnq conducted the instrument became cashable buyer's bank pay for entire product to seller’s bank before transshipment.

7. Seller confirmed payment and makes all necessary arrangement and releases Full documentation in Buyer’s name.

(A). Seller and Buyer signs SPA with banking coordinates and lodge in with their respective banks. The electronically signed documents are legally binding and enforceable in the court.
(B). Buyer returns the signed SPA and Seller sends his ORIGINAL Commercial Invoice (CI) Within 2Hours with service POP for Buyer's Bank to Track the vessel Buyer then, sign the CI and return with Authority to board (ATB) format and Notice of Readiness (NOR) formats, Full Tank Farm Information, including throughput receipt/agreement or Proof of ownership to Seller/Mr. Mike.
(c) After CI is returned by buyer then Buyer Bank – (EXCROW) BLOCK FUND of not less than Twenty Million Naira to Seller's Nominated Account. Note The EXCROW is NON CASHABLE.
(D) Buyer issuing bank send Hard Copy of the Bank - ( ESCROW) BLOCK FUND to Seller’s BANK \Seller’s account officer Bank Email medium.

The procedure:

2. Seller boards inspector and supercargo for confirmation and to take sample for Q and Q.
3. After result of Q and Q is out, buyer releases cash payment of 20 million naira for logistics.
5. Buyer charters vessel to pick up 5,000 MT from mother vessel.
6. Buyer pays seller and all intermediaries through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for total 5,000MT cargo within 48 hours of receiving cargo in his vessel.

3. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL QNQ, SELLER HANDS OVER DOCUMENTS TO BUYER, THEN BUYER PAYS THROUGH MT103 TO THE SELLER FOR THE ENTIRE CARGO AND DEDUCT THE INITIAL AMOUNT FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT.
