Everyone keep saying Super/Dinner is the most important meal if the day. But, No. It is the Breakfast.
The next time you rush out the door in the morning without something to eat, consider this: Skipping breakfast can set you up for overeating later in the day. A healthy a.m. meal, on the other hand, can give you energy, satisfy your appetite, and set the stage for smart decisions all day long.

Truth be told, you must have heard countless times that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but can you really bring yourself to accept and believe it?

I can go hungry afternoon and night but morning !!!!

Na lie joor afternoon iz de best time to eat..Breakfast ad dinner makes u sleepy ad lazy when u overeat especially breakfast but supper can hardly make u sleepy it makes u agile instead.

Anatomies differ, I don't eat in the morning, Cause if I do, I become lethargic through out the day, the only thing that can make me eat in the morning is longer-throat
