The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has finally disclosed the elimination of scratch cards and revealed number of candidates to expect amongst other new policy. According to the registrar Prof Ishaq Oloyede, the examination will now take place in May instead of the widely expected march. Prof. Oloyede said JAMB has eliminated the use of scratch cards so as to put an end to the high extortion of candidates and to put an end to all malpractices.
