Now this is how a world class company should behave.

Planned service disruptions should be announced and customer should be informed, pacified and/or compensated during unplanned service disruption.

MTN is truly worldclass, unlike our Green and terrible provider.

Dem pay you for this PR shit? Not a big deal at all.. Why is it even making the news?

Unfortunate how we criticise our own and fail to promote her brand. Just in case you forget ''more glo customer= more money = better service'' Recieved Sense
more glo customer= more money = better service and you believe this? Glo doesn't invest in infrastructural expansion, but rather waste money on promotion and signing ambassadors. "Our own" is killing us.

Glo is my primary line, but I have to confess "using Glo has been a nightmare". I can't even browse once I leave my house to work. My question is 'if am experiencing this in lagos, what will happen in villages. In Festac area since this year, using Glo Internet Data is hell, monthly subscriptions just wasting and GLO HAS NEVER APOLOGIZED! It's painful.

It depends on your area, but going back to Glo is a suicide mission. Glo can frustrate your life anytime. Am using Glo.

Other operators does the same too so why the comparison? They sent SMS most times to their customers which is the idea thing.Have you forgotten so soon the last breakdown MTN had that they apologize by saying they're carrying maintenance? So how is MTN a world class when they easily disrupt services with communicating to their customers most times only to apologize latter.

There's nothing like ours here o. Who glo epp? It's just another business owned by a nigerian, doesn't make it any different from businesses owned by foreigners. The only thing they are good at is giving celebrities huge endorsement fee. shikena

They used to be very good back then here but recently they are just almost useless. If not that they have the cheapest data plan, most people won't patronise them
