The red carpet is being rolled out for the 89th academy awards which is being held in Dolby theater in Los Angeles on Sunday the 26th of February 2017.
Last year was full of protest because of the academy snub of black actors but it still brought in 34.4 million viewers in the United States and 500 million viewers all over the world.
This year many black actors are nominated from the likes of Denzel Washington and Viola Davis among others.
The world is expecting Anti-Trump speech's and speech's on women rights.
