Why would he wear it on top of a suit? It is obvious he did it for the cameras, as soon as that was over the bobo wey skin color be like toad under belly wasted no time in taking it of...no respect for the attire sef...he should have been made to wear it the way it is worn or else they deny him the audience he was seeking, if you don't place a worth on your culture, a stranger will never have regard for it.
