i think the gel-style is best for brides especially if you're wearing a tiara
you know the style where you have your natural hair slicked back
and a hair extension,could be a bun or bunch of curls at the end

For the church wedding a "French" updo is always best.  Even if you have a little roundness of your face like you wrote--you can leave a "flip" on one side to prevent an extra bare look.  Since it is going to be a hectic day--perspiration galore. I hope you took you all your wedding photos first with all your bridal train and grooms men et all.  Since we tend to spend hours on end at our ceremonies.  All the make up would have drenched away. The little children will be no where to be found for sure--or they have all stripped!
