The Technical Account manager is to engage in Client retention and client management but little or no client acquisition or new business development, the account manager will work along side a team of other account managers across various verticals and industries and would be reporting to the General manager.
Females Preferred
The TAM should have at least 3 years experience
ITIL certification
Working in an ISP, Telco, IT solutions company, or Vehicle Tracking solution provider
