A global diaper manufacturer (b2b) had their URL with a website design company who let it drop by expiring.

I am now in possession of the URL and I have been thinking of what to do.

I would love to sell the URL back to them because it's their product name.

Now I am wondering whether to sell just the URL or develop a site on it with their content and sell as website instead of just a URL. This because their current sites, as done by the web company that allowed this URL drop, is pretty something ugly out of 90s html design and they claim to be a global business.

I will like to at least get a chance to help design all their sites for some nice fees but I don't know if they will buy the idea.

What would you advice please or how would you go about this.

NOTE: No trademark on the term because they abandoned the trademark that they applied for in 2009.
