Please always check your credit balance if you have an airtel line. They now deduct credit discreetly without customers knowing. I caught them red handed today. Called the customer service and all they could say was, you borrowed credit a few days ago. I never borrow credit and I don't even know the codes and no other person has access to my phone.

Na so we see ahm o, they keep giving me excuses like "you are charged for pressing a pop-up advert"

Which pop-up advert? undecided

Me dat my browsing pattern has changed from when they didn't charge me before, now suddenly I keep pressing pop-up even when the line is not used sef

I am still planning my revenge for them
