Lol, the sketch isn't so clear and its only for one floor. A duplex should have both ground floor plan and an upper (first) floor plan or may be you mistakenly uploaded the plan instead of the front(Approach) view. Please clarify.

It was originally Bungalow,but converted to Duplex;; check this one i attached the painted areas will be covered while the sitting room will be open from down to up.

Understood now. We can generate a front view but as I said earlier, the sketch is faint and the dimensions are not so obvious. We may use discretion to simulate an approach view for it but will prefer if you can send clearer versions via whatsapp line 07034643328 to ensure accuracy. Thanks.

I have watched patiently, waiting and expecting that he wil "change his tune" as soon as he gains recognition, and l have been waiting for more than a month now.
I that space of time, he has `'helped" so many people to do one job or another, jobs which ordinarily other Archys in his position would charge over a hundred thousand for!

This still gets me worried and l ask myself: What is his motivation?
Is he just a good person with a good heart or is he the typical Nigerian that gives you something but there is a "hidden catch" somewhere though you might not be aware right now?

@Stancydg, even if you have a catch somewhere down the line, l must salute you for putting smiles on the faces of all these our "awoof" brothers and sisters.

Right now, l am convinced you are doing it out of "sacrifice from your heart" and l am also happy that someone has offered that we donate towards your effort, which shows that people really appreciate what you are doing..... and l support that suggestion.
