TANKER TO TANKER TRANSFER PROCEDURES:PMS TTT 130/2 LAGOS WATER

The procedure:
1. Buyer and seller sign the contract. Buyer returns the contract with Supercargo and Inspector's details.

2. Seller boards inspector and supercargo for confirmation and to take sample for Q and Q.
3. After result of Q and Q is out, buyer releases cash payment of 20 million naira for logistics.
5. Buyer charters vessel to pick up Agreed quantity from mother vessel.

6. Buyer pays seller and all intermediaries through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for agreed quantity within 48 hours of receiving cargo in his vessel.

1. Buyer and Seller initial each page and sign the Sales Agreement

2. Buyer returns signed SPA, with TANK FARM details, Supercargo & Inspector’s details, through put agreement, manager phone number.


3. Buyer's bank write an assurance letter to seller's bank, stating to place IBPU instrument to seller after receiving “marine authority to BOARD”(MATB)and board buyer's supercargo then after attestations, buyer's bank will place agreed instrument for the total cargo to seller’s bank or after receiving “marine notice of readiness” (M/NOR) buyer’s bank will place agreed instrument in Favour of seller.

4. A Seller’s confirmed, and seller's captain issues (MATB) and clearance to buyer's tank and nominated emails then take supercargo onboard the pregnant vessel after attestations buyer’s bank palace instrument for the total cargo then vessels seal to buyer’s tank or port of discharge for qnq analysis.

5. 4B For (NOR) seller’s confirmed bank letter stating after seller’s issued nor to buyer then buyer’s bank will place agreed instrument, seller issued nor to buyer's tank and buyer’s bank palace instrument for the total cargo then vessels seal to buyer’s tank or port of discharge for qnq analysis.

6. Buyer's confirmed the daughter loaded vessel in his custody, if it is a blocked fund instrument then the blocked fund will became cashable before qnq analysis begging’s, but after qnq conducted the instrument became cashable buyer's bank pay for entire product to seller’s bank before transshipment.

7. Seller confirmed payment and makes all necessary arrangement and releases Full documentation in Buyer’s name.

Procedure Tank Farm Delivery: LAGOS TANK FARM DELIVERY 146/3 THIS CONTRACT IS URGENT, PRICE VALID FOR JUST 24HRS

1. Seller & Buyer sign and seal this Contract, SPA and send to their banks.
2. The Buyer returns signed SPA with Supercargo and inspector valid international passport, Tank Farm Details and NOR Format.seller release pop
3. The Buyer’s bank sends block funds of N200 Million in favour of seller to crystallizes after Q&Q at buyer’s nominated Jetty. The letter should be sent to these email from buyer account officer email to Babajide.E.adebayo@firstbanknigeria.com
4. Upon confirmation of Bank Block Funds and transshipment the Seller sends NOR/ETA, and the Buyer Confirms the NOR.
5. On Arrival to the Tank Farm, the Buyer’s Inspectors conduct Quality and Quantity test, the Report given to both Buyer and Seller, the buyer releases the blocked N200 million to seller and effect payment minus N200MILLION within 72hours.
6. Upon completion of discharge and final Q&Q, the Buyer’s Bank makes balance Payment on the final Commercial invoice to seller Less the N200M and all intermediaries within 72hrs.
7. The next cycle continues.
