Have you been faced with problems concerning fuel, (AGO,PMS,DPK,LPG etc) under-supply, chemical under-supply, fuel shortages, LPG shortages, fuel theft or incessant complaints between your company & your supplier?

we have the solution for this. Our (ATG) Automatic Tank Gauging system is the solution.

ATG SYSTEM INTRODUCTION
Automatic Tank Gauging systems (ATGs) are primarily used to determine the level of fluids (and possibly granular solids) contained within a tank or a ‘tank – like’ container. The ATG through the determined levels processes and delivers additional information such as Volume, Ullage, Water Level, High Alarms, Low Alarms, Reorder Alarms, Overfill Alarms and so on.

The ATG system provides data accessible either onsite or remotely via the internet.which means you can see your product anytime, anywhere that you are.

REMOTE ONLINE MONITORING
This feature allows tank levels to be viewed and monitored through the internet. The system utilizes a simcard in modem to push messages online.
Below are the features available through the Online Portal.
• Tank levels and volumes will be recorded remotely on a server via GPRS every x minutes (x is usually defined by the client).
• Access to this server is provided via a pass-worded website
• Users have different levels of authority from view-only to administrative rights.
• Unlimited Data on server
• Multiple site viewing
• Trend analysis
• Various query functions from date /time specific to site specific
• Other tailored queries can be integrated
• Offline logging (should there be no network for some time)
• Cost effective solution.

FINANCIAL JUSTIFICATION – AUTOMATIC TANK GAUGE INSTALLATION

A global industry average for leakage is at 12% but this is where customers already have deployed revenue assurance systems, we have seen that this leakage is in the 30% region considering the environment we are in. From experience, our automatic tank gauges on average is providing a 30% reduction in diesel costs in Nigeria, in some cases, up to 60%. One of our clients was spending N15+ million on diesel monthly across 5 sites and after deployment of our system, in the first month, it was cut back to N10 million and now after the 4th month, it’s around the N8 million mark. The installation costs the client N5 million + payback was in a month and now they are enjoying up to N7 million per month savings on their diesel bills which goes straight into their profits.

How does the Automatic Tank Gauging system do this? Some of the points below explain:

1. Suppliers are more inclined to make complete supplies if they do not know the figures are being monitored and recorded remotely/electronically.
2. Automated monitoring systems promote accountability and staffs are even more motivated to ensure complete receipt and balances if they know the inventory will be monitored automatically and they will be held responsible at the time or even at a later date.
3. Transfer tanks and feeder tanks are less likely to be tampered with.
4. Cost Allocations: From the data acquired over time, this can provide further business intelligence to determine profitability by business units or products.
5. The system can also help identify generators with mechanical problems as a result of high diesel usage; this can end up saving on diesel and major maintenance that is detected much earlier.
6. Inventory Management: The system will provide your Facilities with a status of the inventory at every point in time. Considering the value of diesel, this can be a very good financial and procurement planning tool.
7. Informed Decisions: With the business intelligence provided by our software, staff & management are able to make more strategic, cost effective and informed decisions.

8. Reporting: Our system will reduce the amount of manpower and time required to produce fuel reports and most importantly these reports are very accurate and available on demand. It took one of our clients two(2) weeks and a team of 3 people to produce a weekly report. Lots of time was spent visiting the fuel dump to confirm handwritings, figures etc. Today, it takes the same client a couple of hours to produce the reports.

9. Proof of Deliveries: Auditors and staff that would generally have to travel from the Head Office to the site can remotely monitor a delivery from their office desk and do not have to go to the site physically. The system can also be integrated into bill payment processes to conform delivery quantities and details. Savings on logistics cost, over-invoicing and general operational efficiencies will be enjoyed.

10. Reorder Management: The site is unlikely to run out of diesel as automatic emails are sent to the procurement and operations team and the warnings and emails intensify as the product level goes lower than the reorder point. Dry outs of diesel can be very expensive to the branch and the business.
