actually i hv the same problem with my laptop, its new but my Bluetooth and mini speaker not working, its asus windows 10

Is the laptop new or did it start after you upgraded to windows 10

download drive talent and run it. It will help you to detect and possibly fix the problem

That I know windows 10 have not this problem with windows 7.I recommend you install rewindows or set up perfect driver
