Good evening everyone, Please have been trying to connect to the internet using explorer ,Mozilla Firefox, google crome but couldn't connect.Not only that,have been trying to update my window 8.1 pro but receiving an "error 8024402c".What could be the cause and what can I do? Thanks for your quick response! |

Need more detail How are you connected to the internet? Wifi , LAN or Dial UP. |
