Well about accommodation, there are nice places she can get at the rate of 70-100k as a fresher (After 100 lvl , she will have to stay in a school hostel - compulsory)! I left my HND program for uniosun too and I'm not regretting it so far- Interactive and attentive lecturers.
PS - I'm a fresher too, All 100 lvl student offer the same courses
