This picture was posted by Ehis Bukaty on his Facebook wall and it allegedly shows the students of Nigeria first generation university on top of what seem to be a giangatic storage tank scooping water. He wrote, "This is how students hustle for water in UNN in this 21st Century; even my goat farm is not like this. Just imagine a university! May God help us"
If this is true, then i wonder why the management of this institution should allow this kind of situation to get this far. They should have devised a way to make for constant supply of water to students and staff alike after all these years.
