Please I'm wondering if there is any special liquid you add to cake apart from egg/milk/cake softner and flavors.how do I make my cake softer and I need a good recipe and techniques for fondant. Thanks 1 Like |

To me, there's no other special recipe to a soft cake other than to cream your margarine/butter and sugar properly. That's my own secret to a soft cake. What temperature do you bake your cakes with? Fondant recipe: icing sugar - 2kg gelatin - 1 tbs glucose - 1 cup c. m. c - 1tbs water - 1/2 cup knead properly but not overkneading. |
