In case you don't know jail life in the US is very very comfortable (light, 3 square meals, running hot and cold water, internet, you name it), more than the lives many free people are living in Nigeria, and some people here in the US intentionally commit crimes to get them inside jail. The more heinous the crime the longer their stay in jail. |

12inches1: I am telling you what's actually going on here...there are so many young men in this country who choose not to work/be responsible but are looking for the easy way out - life in jail, and they go out intentionally committing crime so that they get some years in jail. Some repeat the same thing after being released from jail, they commit a crime even worse than the previous so that they get more time and they go back to jail. There are some who just love that gangsterism life which they get to embrace well in jail. This is the other side of America you don't get to see in Hollywood movies unfortunately. Also, it's not even about they gay raping thing, it has been reduced drastically now in US jails, compared to the 90s when it was in vogue then. It still happens, but you have to be very loose to let it happen to you. Nowadays, majority of its occurrence is more of for mutual fun/benefit. 2 Likes |
