If you know that something is likely to ruin the business climate, whether that be Ebola or GMB would a smart person not intercede to stop said element from wreaking havoc (as has been the case with GMB)?

It's absolutely voluntary if he decides to intervene in any situation he deems fit. There are government agencies with people on monthly salaries whose main responsibility is to take care of situations such as Ebola break out. Even if Dangote never raised a finger it's absolutely none of his business.
Regarding PMB's government that's totally your own flawed opinion. Dangote's decline in net worth is solely due to crash of Naira primarily caused by shortage in foreign exchange which is in turn mainly caused by crash in crude oil price - NONE of these above was caused by PMB or his administration.
To people like us PMB has done well above average especially in fighting terrorism and safeguarding our commonwealth. So park well even Dangote is with PMB on this.

Heheheheh Believe whatever you like, we that live in the north know the difference between 2014 and 2017. As evident by organised prayers and rallies to welcome PMB says it all about what people especially in the north are benefiting. You think somebody who has been an IDP for 3 years cares for a raise in dollar exchange.
