I have machinery and equipment that require a power load of about 100kva at full load

1. I am aware that most generator have a power factor of 0.8 or thereabouts, does means that brand new 100kva operates best with 80kva load?

2. What do you consider to be the actual kva capacity of a grade a second hand 100kva gen?

Also what will be the best grade A capacity for me to go for, since the efficiency of the gender drops over time, my power requirement is 100kva
