Secondly, the price of cassava per ton is relatively low compared to other cash crops and doesn’t encourage large scale cultivation

Finance and Credit facilities: Cassava processing needs adequate funding to grow and only the bank of agriculture and bank of industry are disposed towards this industry and both have limited funds available.

It pays to read well so you can understand. This is an article for cassava processing plant of which garri is one of its products. Secondly it is a medium term investment so 5 to 6 years payback makes it lucrative for its scale and profit margin.
