"The whole idea is that this bus terminal that we are opening today is the beginning of the urban regeneration that will cover this axis within the next twenty-four months. Tourism will start from here and then we will join the Freedom Park from Broad Street and create a skyline walkway" - Gov Ambode said while opening the newly built TBS Bus Terminal few hours ago.

the brt bus terminal at ikorodu,never turn to abule egba bus stop,and the ones along ikorodu road are still in good condition

With good maintenance, it won't degenerate.

FYI, Ikorodu bus terminus is still as good as when it was first inaugurated.

Even the Abule Egba terminus u mentioned, transformation has commenced there and with time will become as neat other good looking terminus in Lagos state

I can't say for rain but for sun, it's well shielded.

Lagos State actually has very high standards when it comes to maintenance. I doubt if you can point at any Lagos state project that is presently dilapidated.
