My Sad Experience With First Bank Over The Weekend by amaifehenry(m): 2:00am On Mar 27, 2017
Please nairalanders am kind of confused now and angry with first bank. But I would like to share my experience recently.
I have a first bank account, on Friday 24/03/17. I received an alert of 5000 on my account, making the balance #6000. That same day, I made an online payment of #2000 and transfer of #1000. Remaining #3000. But I can only withdraw #2000. So I checked my account to see why I can't withdraw.. Its showing #872. Seriously. I called customer care and the kind Lady told me its for SMS charge for using *894#. Is not as if they don't collect their charges immediately. Please what do I do. I know its little but I need it now.
