first of all, Lagos has a high number of VERY BAD/so-so areas that outweigh the good areas.
its only the Island thats nice.

Calabar has a high abundance of good areas that outweigh the bad areas. (and i dont even think their bad areas are as bad as the ones in Lagos)
but something is a little fishy, as people couldnt provide real pics of Calabar City in that other thread.
but still, Calabar remains one of the most beautiful cities in Nigeria.

its not all that, really. Calabar is far better than Lagos.
the bad in lagos outweighs the good.
come on now, Calabar is even one of the cleanest cities in Naija.

The complexity of Calabar may be compared to Ikeja LGA only!

Cally is not comparable to Lsgidi, although its smaller and the rest but, is much better planned and the masterplan (almost) dilligently followed to a tee! Unlike lasgidi which has HAD no masterplan for over five decades, before ASIWAJU's Tinubu and now Fashola came on board to show the illiterate ex-leaders we've had (especially military) how to do iy.
