As soon as u sent d mail they will call your number to confirm if actually you were the one sent for the request, after 30 minutes they will send a form to your mail box, log on to your mail and fill the necessary information and then send back to that same email that sent you the form. Kindly share to help others.

I don't think CBN will use a Gmail to contact you, CBN is too big to use a Gmail, instead it will use
@cenbank.org
or @cbn.gov.ng
so disregard all those messages they are scams to deceive the vulnerable.
