A red Ferrari 430 formerly owned by United States President Donald Trump failed to be sold on stage during last weekend's Auctions America in Florida.

According to reports, the car was bid $10,000 below its estimated value and thus was taken off the stage at $240,000 bidding price.

However, a man who deemed it fit that he ought to have the bright red Ferrari in his garage bought it at an off record sale.

Auctions America didn't reveal who the vehicle was sold to or how much he bought it.

However the Ferrari 430 bought by Trump in 2007 is said to be depreciating in value and thus is a liability rather than asset.
