HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

A well experienced, tough Human Resources Manager is needed to, in the short to middle term, to complete records, monitor workers progress or regression, to react immediately to changes, to mould the workers into what we expect, also to build on team spirit, motivation, and quick reaction to indiscipline.
And, in the long term, to make strategic and tactical level Human Resource decisions and to implement new HR Policies and Procedures.

Suitably qualified candidates will be graduates with a minimum of 5 years experience in managing people.
Experience in oil fields and oil service operations will be an added advantage.
