I replaced my PC monitor with an LCD tv. Installed a DVI-to-HDMI adapter and high speed HDMI cable to my TV/Monitor. Worked great until a week ago and I have a thin black bar on the top left corner.
When I restart my PC I do not see it on my sign in screen saver, or when I restart my PC. It comes on after I have access to my desktop.
I have checked and switched monitors, adapters, cables, even got an adapter for the VGA output. Possibly built-in video card?



I didn't get the right answer from the internet.
