FriendNG: Face up to the truth. This happened over 15 years ago . In Gusau - Authorities in Nigeria's northern Zamfara State have amputated the hand of a Muslim man found guilty of theft under strict Islamic law, a court official said on Saturday. Lawali Inchitara, 35, had his right hand cut off at the wrist on Thursday in a government hospital here, the official told AFP. Inchitara was convicted by an Islamic or Sharia court in the town of Gumi six months ago of stealing eight bicycles, but had the sentence delayed to allow for an appeal, the official said. "The man refused to appeal the sentence on the ground that he was actually guilty of the offence and the sentence was carried out under the supervision of government doctor Bello Buzu on Thursday," he said. Inchitara was reported by the local media to be pleased with the amputation. There are other ones which are not made known in the public because it has no publicity. There are many amputees in the core Northern Nigeria than anywhere else in Nigeria. The second case in 2011 became unrealistic when there was an outcry. All thanks to the pressure group. (Sept. 13, 2011) On September 8, 2011, a Shariah court in Nigeria's northern, predominately Muslim region sentenced two men to amputation for theft. The sentence of amputation at the right wrist was given to the men for stealing a bull worth about 130,000 naira (about US$867). The two young men, Auwalu Abubaka, age 23, and Lawalli Musa, 22, have 30 days to appeal the sentence, which is due to be imposed on October 8. The court, located in the village of Nassarawan Mailayi in the northern Nigerian state of Zamfara, ordered that the sentence be carried out in public, on a market day. (Nigerian Court Sentences 2 to Amputation for Theft , AFP (Sept. 9, 2011).) The judge in this case, Muhammadu Abubakar, stated that the sentence was “[b]ased on the admission of guilt by the two of you of trespassing into the house … and stealing a bull whose worth is well above the minimum value to warrant amputation … .” ( Id.) Shariah law is in place in 12 Nigerian states, but enforcement is uneven. Sentences of amputation have been carried out very rarely. ( Id.) The State of Zamfara was the first in the country to adopt Islamic law following Nigeria's 1999 return to democracy. The first Nigerian case of a penalty of amputation occurred a year later, when Buba Jangebe was so punished for theft of a cow. (Nigeria's Zamfara Sharia Court Orders Amputation , BBC NEWS AFRICA (Sept. 9, 2011).) Hand had been cut off popularly and so many ones done according to Islamic law in their local communities. This explain the reason the existence of more disabled who weren't as a result of fatal accident. |

Shared... ...... Please, let southern Nigeria do not be carried away by Sanusi's seeming forthrightness! Sanusi is only playing the victim mentality so that the Hausa-Fulani cabal can have their cake and eat it (i.e., maintain their stranglehold on the peoples of Nigeria, while rolling out a Marshall plan to accelerate socio-economic development in the North, in order to avoid a general uprising of the talakawas). Sanusi is a big part of the problem, and a major bulwark of the Hausa-Fulani Cabal. In fact, he was only allowed to become Emir because of his demonstrated commitment to the evil Hausa-Fulani hegemony. Who in 2015 married and bedded as a fourth wife an 18 year old girl younger than his own daughters - Sanusi! (By the way, polygamy is rare in the nation of Malaysia which Sanusi holds up as a model). Who spent years in Sudan (the Arab nation MOST repressive of blacks) to study Sharia - Sanusi!!! Who stated publicly that the Fulani should rule Nigeria because they are the most successful empire builders - Sanusi!!! Who is accused of personally leading the mob in Kano that beheaded Akaluka the Igbo martyr in 1995 - Sanusi!! Who in the midst of the worst recession in Nigeria's history was so insensitive that he bought and publicly flaunted a N132m Rolls Royce just to mark the 2016 Sallah - Sanusi!!!! By the way, the Emir of Kano is fifth to the Sultan in order of protocol (the perking order is: Sultan of Sokoto, Shehu of Borno, Emir of Gwandu, Emir of Bauchi and then Emir of Kano). Therefore, if Sanusi talks too much, all you need to shut him up is one phone call from the Sultan! The disruptive power of the Hausa-Fulani cabal is a structural reality and will only get worse, no matter where the President of Nigeria comes from. It is a seven-fold yoke which we must break for the sake of our children. LET ME SUMMARIZE: 1. THE POLITICAL YOKE: Globally, out of the 16 Federal Republics in the world, Nigeria is the only federation where land mass is used as a primary criteria for creating federating units. NO Southern leader (civilian or military) has ever had the guts to create any federating unit; all the federating units have been created by Northern military adventurers. 20 federating units were created from only one region (North), while 17 federating units were created from 3 regions (East, West & Midwest). Competent leaders are easily filtered off by the rigged political structure. At every election, the evil and corrupt Northern cabal needs only a few Southern collaborators to impose any presidential candidate upon the two foremost political parties, only for the electorate to formalize one of the candidates with votes. That's why Nigeria has been having such mediocre leaders as OBJ, UMY, GEJ, and now PMB as president, in a country awash with extremely capable presidential materials. This also explains why since 1960 no Southerner has ever led Nigeria except by accident. (The FIRST comings of ALL 3 Southern leaders - Ironsi in 1966, OBJ in 1976 & GEJ in 2010 - followed the death of Northern incumbents!). For 2019 the presidential contest is being set for Atiku (Mr. Corruption) vs Buhari (Mr. Tribal Bigotry) - two Fulani representatives of the Cabal. 2. THE ECONOMIC YOKE: Nigeria is the only oil-producing country where oil wells are allocated to individuals. The Hausa-Fulani cabal allocated over 80% of the oil blocks either to the Northerners or to their Southern fronts/allies. The names of these oil block allotees is in the public domain. 3. THE RELIGIOUS YOKE: No other faith is mentioned in the Nigerian Constitution, except Islam. For instance, in the 1999 Constitution, Christ, Christians and Christianity are not mentioned even once; whereas Islamic signposts are strewn all over the Constitution. For instance, Sharia is mentioned 73 times, Grand Khadi 54 times, Islam 28 times , Muslims 10 times, etc. That Constitution was written SOLELY by one Muslim Fulani Jihadist named Prof. Auwalu Yadudu (Special Adviser to Abacha on Constitutional Matters). While the 1979 Constitution emphasized Nigeria’s secularity, the 1999 Constitution of Yadudu is a de facto Islamic Constitution, and the Cabal ensured that Yadudu was there to fight that position at 2014 National Political Conference. Subsequently, during OBJ's govt, the same Northern cabal formally adopted Islam as the State Religion in the core Northern States. OBJ refused to even discuss the issue, except to state that it would 'fizzle out' (he knew fully well that it would not 'fizzle out' but was afraid of confronting the cabal). 4. THE CULTURAL YOKE: The Sultanate forms a major pillar of the Hausa-Fulani cabal. As Permanent President-General of NSCIA the Sultan is the permanent leader of all Muslims in Nigeria (whether they are Northerners or Southerners). As the Permanent Chairman of NCTRN the Sultan is the permanent leader of all traditional rulers in all 36 States of Nigeria & Abuja. (By the way, the current Sultan was the Brigadier-General, Commanding 241 Recce Battalion Kaduna). Many public policies are determined only with the tacit approval of the Sultanate of Sokoto and the Emirates. For instance, when the gender Bill was introduced in the National Assembly, the Sultan 'killed' the Bill simply by criticizing it publicly. Even Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (the world's most revered monarch) would never criticize Parliament publicly, because that would be an abuse of royal privilege. 5. ADMINISTRATIVE YOKE: Nigeria is the only African country that built a new capital from scratch (using resources from the oppressed, deprived and degraded Niger Delta/SE). The Cabal claimed that the location of Lagos by the ocean was a security risk, but this was just an excuse to Northernize national public service. A careful look at the map of Africa shows that only 2 nations have central capitals. The most common location for African capitals is at the coast. London (UK) is situated at the edge of England on the River Thames. Washington DC (USA) is located along the Potomac River on the East Coast of USA. Paris (France) is located at the edge of France in the north-bending arc of the river Seine. When Lagos was capital the governors of Lagos State were from East, West and North. Since the Capital moved to Abuja, NO Nigerian leader has ever had the guts to appoint a Southerner or Northern Christian as FCT Minister. Not only must FCT Minister be a Northerner, he must also be a Muslim (the current FCT Minister was appointed while he was ES of Hajj Commission). 6. THE DIPLOMATIC YOKE: Any Christian leader who questions Nigeria's membership of the two main international Sharia-driven bodies (OIC & D- faces the wrath of the Hausa-Fulani Cabal. So far, only Cdr Ebitu Ukiwe has ever had the guts to seriously question Nigeria's involvement in these Islamic bodies and as a result Ukiwe was summarily dismissed from office. 7. THE MILITARY/SECURITY YOKE: Nigeria is the only federation in the world where all MAJOR security agencies are headed by only one section of the federation. (Army – North; NSA – North; Defence – North; Airforce – North; Police – North; SCDC – North; DSS – North; NIS – North; NIP – North; FRSC – North; Customs – North; Defence Staff – North; NIA – South; Fire Service – North; NEMA – North; and If you consider the Ports as important to Security of the country – North). No southerner has been made substantive Comptroller General of Customs in 30 years. Even with all his braggadocio, OBJ dared not break the jinx in all his years as Nigeria's President. The above multi-faceted enslavement to the Hausa-Fulani Cabal is not an accident. Read the book by Harold Wilson which clearly states how and why the British laid the foundation for the Hausa-Fulani hegemony in Nigeria. The principle guiding the Cabal was clearly set forth by the cabal's patron saint, Sir Ahmadu Bello who said to the media: "The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grandfather Othman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the minorities in the north as willing tools and the south as a conquered territory and NEVER ALLOW THEM TO RULE OVER US and NEVER ALLOW THEM TO HAVE CONTROL OVER THEIR OWN FUTURE." – (The Parrot Newspaper, October 12, 1960). Freedom from the Cabal is NOT about "North versus South". In fact, the greatest victims of the Northern cabal are the Northern masses themselves. The struggle entails "Northern Cabal versus All of Lovers of Freedom". Nigeria is structurally unworkable and MUST EITHER BE RESTRUCTURED OR BROKEN. The Hausa-Fulani cabal will resist this with their blood, but there is no other way out of the enslavement for us and our children. We cannot continue 'suffering and smiling' in un-restructured zoo Nigeria. donmalcolm21:Obviously.....you need to reflect on historical perspective on the nation called Nigeria from both pre colonial and post colonial era....where does bulk of farm products come from? Where do we have agricultural practice (Nigeria mainstay of economy before the discovery of crude oil) mostly done on a very commercial state to the tune of exporting these products to other countries. Let's get it clear....The problem is the poor leadership and myopic mindsets that cut across all geopolitical zones.....Believe average Nigerian believe in enriching himself rather than seeking for the country growth as if we exist in isolation from the country. If Emir Sanusi is "too young", then Ango Abdullahi is "WAY too old" to figure out what the crux of the matter is. Suppose that the North has population and arable land advantages as Ango claims, what is the point of these if the population is largely illiterate, backward and of low skills and when agricultural tools and practise remains at subsistence levels? It is good that for the first time in Nigeria, some Northerners are making the wake up call for the looming social disaster waiting to happen in the north. The population of the north will do well to "choose ye this day who ye will hearken to", if it be young and futuristic folks like the Emir or if it be grand old and docile folks like professor Ango. Guys when I saw this I was shocked as a Nigerian from the North. If this is true then injustice, lack of fairness and equality is the bane of Nigeria's development adventure. For me I advice well meaning Nigerians to constructively interrogate and investigate this information in other to recalibrate the entire system for inclusive development. The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, is a notorious liar. He says that the Hausa/Fulani's North-West states are as backward as Afghanistan. This is a blatant lie. The Hausa/Fulani's North-West region is the richest in Nigeria because it contributes next to nothing to the Federation Account of Nigeria, but gets the lion's share of revenue allocation from the Federation Account. In accordance with the constitution of Nigeria, which was fraudulently written by the Hausa/Fulani people, the formula for the revenue allocation principles is based on population, equality of States, land mass, number of local governments, as well as population density and not on the basis of revenue generation. So, when the NNPC collects royalties, rents and penalties on oil products annually from the Niger Delta and the Yoruba region, which often comes to around ₦3trillion, it is the Hausa/Fulani's North-West region, which contributes nothing to the NNPC revenue that gets the lion's share from the NNPC earning because the region has the highest population, highest number of States and Local Governments as well as the highest population density and land mass, but contributes nothing to the income. Again, when the Nigeria Customs Service collects import duties essentially from the Yoruba region, which comes to around ₦2trillion annually, it is again the Hausa/Fulani's North-West region that gets the lion's share, yet it contributes no substantial earning to the Nigeria Customs Service. The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), collects and administers taxes of the Federal Government. Each year, the FIRS generates on the average, ₦8trillion from Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Capital Gain Tax, Education Tax, National Information Technology Tax, Petroleum Profits Tax, Value Added Tax and Stamp Duties. 80% of the FIRS revenue comes from the Yoruba South-West region. The North, including the North-West, North-Central and North-East, contributes only 12% of the FIRS revenue. However, with a meager contribution of only 12% of the Federal Inland Revenue Service earnings from the entire North, however, in terms of revenue sharing, the three regions from the North combined together, get the lion’s share from the FIRS earning. The Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA), collects fees paid by the concessionaire handling terminal operations in the ports, shipping and harbour dues and rent from its lands, among others. Each year, the NPA generates on the average, N10trillion from Apapa Wharf, Tin Can Port, Delta Ports, Calabar Ports, Rivers Ports and Onne Port. 90% of the NPA revenue comes from the Yoruba South-West region. The ports in the South-South region, brings forth the balance of 10% revenue of the Nigeria Ports Authority. There is no single contribution of the Nigeria Ports Authority earnings from the South-East, North-Central, North-West and North-East. Nevertheless, in terms of revenue sharing, the three regions of the North combined together, get the lion’s share from the Nigeria Ports Authority earning. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), earns interest (tax income), by keeping and trading the proceeds from NNPP oil revenue and FIRS incomes from (Value Added Tax, Education Tax, Commission, etc.). It also collects interests from investing foreign reserves, repatriation of unutilized WDAS, interests on WDAS Accounts held by Deposit Money Banks, Inward Money Transfer and WDAS Purchases. 60% of the CBN earnings comes from the Yoruba South-West region. There is no meaningful contribution of the Central Bank of Nigeria earnings from the South-East, North-Central, North-West and North-East. Nevertheless, in terms of revenue sharing, the three regions of the North combined together, get the lion’s share from the CBN earnings. The Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), collects three percent from all vessels coming to do business in the nation’s territorial waters. Annually, NIMASA generates on the average, N100billion from Apapa Wharf, Tin Can Port, Delta Ports, Calabar Ports, Rivers Ports and Onne Port. 95% of NIMASA revenue comes from the Yoruba South-West region. The ports in the South-South region, brings forth the balance of 5% revenue of the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency. There is no single contribution to the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency earnings from the South-East, North-Central, North-West and North-East. Nevertheless, in terms of revenue sharing, the three regions of the North combined together, get the lion’s share from NIMASA’s earning. The Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG), pays dividends and revenue on sales of feed gas. Each year, the NLNG pays on the average N300billion wholly from its Bonny Kingdom facilities in Rivers State. 100% of the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas revenue comes from the South-South region. There is no single contribution of the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas earnings from the South-West, South-East, North-Central, North-West and North-East. Nevertheless, in terms of revenue sharing, the three regions of the North combined together, get the lion’s share from the NLNG earning. Don't be gullible or naive. Emir Sanusi is a notorious liar. Nigeria doesn't use revenue contributions to share the money among its six geopolitical zones, but the fraudulent census figures, land mass, federal constituencies, and the number of states and local governments, the past Hausa/Fulani leadership of Nigeria created to favour the North at the expense of the Yoruba nation. Northern Nigeria is not the poorest zone on earth. But in actual fact, Northern Nigeria is the richest zone in the world. The zone, comprising of the Hausa/Fulani's North-West; Kanuri's North-East; and the Middle Belt's North-Central, contributes less than ₦3.00 of every ₦100.00 that goes into the Federation Account of Nigeria, but receives ₦50.00 of every ₦100.00 the Federal Government of Nigeria shares monthly from the Federation Account among the six zones of Nigeria. In truth, the Yoruba region is the poorest zone in the world. It contributes ₦49.00 of every ₦100.00 that goes into the Federation Account of Nigeria, but has less than ₦10.00 of every ₦100.00 the Federal Government of Nigeria shares monthly from the Federation Account among the six zones of Nigeria. This is nothing, but slavery. The same manner the British colonial thugs used the wealth of the Yoruba nation to build England during colonialism, is the same way the Hausa/Fulani people are using the unitary system in Nigeria to steal Yoruba's wealth to develop the North. The noble Yoruba Youths must work to end the unitary system in favour of regional government or outright dissolution of Nigeria in order for Yorubaland to be more sustainable and at par with the development in England and the United States.
