A well deserved achievement to our own indigenous writers; doing our nation proud. Someday my books will become best sellers too and draw international recognition as well. Amen.

What a pity Britain is busy re-packaging slavery and Africans are giving them praises.

Long time ago, I forecasted a rise in such awards as Britain plans to exit the European Union. Their game is strengthen ties with it's former colonies to re-invent slavery. See it is time to abolish the commonwealth www.africason.com/2016/08/its-time-to-abolish-commonwealth-of.html

There's something unique about black women writers. They appear naturally and that's beautiful. I celebrate brilliant women and not the regular slay Queens.

You sure you dey see so? Iffa hear say that Ayobami nor be slay queen. undecided

But All the Angry Yeebhoes below me sha.... take it easy o, don't commit suicide pls.
Igbos are trying too sha, but Yorubas remain on top, everyone knows that.

All Yoruba writers put together are outsold by Ms Chimamanda Aduchie.
Purple Hibiscus alone covers the whole of Yoruba writers including Wole Soyinka.

Chinue Achebes Things Fall Apart have sold more copies than every writer in
West Africa put together. Now that is the Igbo spirit we are talking about.

Who else will it be If not The Oodua... Unequal Tribe in everything, pride of the Nation... Anyway, Nyanmirins won't beef us coz we aren't talking about fake product, syber scam, prostitution, armed robbery, kidnapping and host of their dirty act. This isn't a "beauty contest" where an artificially beautified lady without brain will be nominated "most beautiful" Yeebow, show us respect coz father will always be father. And we shall continue to FATHER YOU ALL grin grin
