its very tricky... Unless you are getting it from a very close person...
but if not, you will be vulnerable to one of these:
1. getting scammed by the seller
2. he/she sells you a hosted account which won't work on your blog
3. the account has been used for some blackhat trick and may be banned at any time..

so be more wary of these...
