there's a difference between speaking clearly enough for your intended audience to understand and faking a combination of 3 fake accents because you want to show you have arrived.

They all have different cultures but the UK is very different than other UK countries. They never really fitted into the European Union or they never wanted to. They love doing their own thing lol.
